A junmai daiginjo from a Niigata brewery founded in 1866, combining floral aroma with the house character of round, full sweetness and deep umami. Described as pairing well with richly seasoned dishes, it takes a different approach from the lean, dry style typical of Niigata ginjo. The brewing water is naturally filtered through coastal sand dunes in Joetsu.
