Description

Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Kitchonougi, named after an auspicious fan (ougi) symbolizing good fortune, is an unpasteurized (nama) and undiluted (genshu) pure rice ginjo from Koshinohana Shuzo in Niigata. The combination of nama and genshu treatment produces a sake with bold, fresh flavors and a higher natural alcohol content, bottled without dilution or heat treatment.
