Honjozo Sasanomai Genshu is the undiluted version of Kato Kahachiro Shuzo's Sasanomai honjozo, bottled at natural cask strength from their Yamagata brewery. The genshu character adds concentration and a firmer alcohol presence compared to the standard expression, while retaining the clean, dry honjozo profile. It is a robust sake that benefits from chilling or adding a splash of water to suit individual preference.
