A seasonal honjozo brewed with Nagano-grown rice polished to 59%, bottled muroka (unfiltered) and nama (unpasteurized) as the first press of the season from Shinshu Meijo. The unfiltered, unfired process preserves the fresh, slightly robust character of the new-press sake, available from early December through mid-February.
