1878년에 창업한 이 양조장은 에히메현 니이하마시에 남아 있는 유일한 소규모 양조장입니다. 헤이세이 명수 백선 중 하나로 선정된 '쓰나가 후치' 인근에 위치하며, 지하 110m에서 끌어올린 부드러운 연수와 니이하마시의 계약 농가가 재배한 주조용 쌀로 빚는 니이하마 유일의 지역 사케입니다.
