Hakuyocho Junmai Ginjo Genshu Fukunaga (福永) is an undiluted Junmai Ginjo from Ebara Shuzo Honten in Kotouramachi, Tottori, released at full brewing strength with extra concentrated character. From this 1893-founded brewery at the foot of Mount Daisen with Chugoku Mountain spring water, the genshu format amplifies the typical Hakuyocho clean, light profile with additional body and intensity.
