Hakuyocho Kotora (小虎), meaning little tiger, is a Junmai Ginjo from Ebara Shuzo Honten in Kotouramachi, Tottori. The playful tiger name from this 1893-founded brewery at the foot of Mount Daisen delivers the clean, light-dry character of Hoki Province brewing shaped by the Chugoku Mountain spring water aquifer.
