Hakuyocho Junmai Ginjo is the pure rice ginjo expression from Ebara Shuzo Honten in Kotouramachi, Tottori, a brewery founded in 1893 at the foot of sacred Mount Daisen. Brewed with Chugoku Mountain spring water for a clean, light-dry profile, this junmai ginjo reflects the Hoki Province tradition of refined, food-compatible sake with mineral-clean water character.
