Ginjoshu Shonan is a ginjo sake from Kumazawa Brewing Company, named after the Shonan coastal area of Kanagawa. Brewed with rice polished to at least 60% or below, it is crafted to reflect the bright, relaxed character associated with the seaside Shonan region.
