Fukurai Tezukuri Honjozo is a handcrafted honjozo from Fukurai Co. in Kuji, Iwate, a city whose name derives from the ancient history of iron-sand smelting along the Kuji River. Brewed under the Nanbu toji tradition, it delivers an honest, well-balanced honjozo with the clean character of Iwate mountain water.
