Shunnama Haru is a spring nama-chozoshu Junmai Ginjo from Fukumitsuya, cold-stored fresh to deliver a seasonal burst of youthful fruit and lactic brightness. Crafted in Kanazawa with soft Hakusan water, it marks the brewery's spring release calendar each year.
