Fukii Ginjo from Ishikawa Shuzoten in Saitama is brewed with rice polished to at least 60% remaining, producing the characteristic fruity and floral ginjo aroma known as ginjo-ka. The brewery draws on clean water from the Kanto region to create a sake with a light, elegant body and a refreshing finish. It balances aromatic complexity with an approachable, smooth texture.
