Daiginjo Ieyasunosato uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% from Shibata Brewery in Aichi, named after Tokugawa Ieyasu who was born in the Aichi region. Brewed in the historical heartland of the founder of the Edo shogunate, this daiginjo reflects the prestige of Okazaki's sake heritage.
