A junmai genshu brewed at Himi, Toyama, using Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 65%. Steam-cooled by the natural sea breeze from Toyama Bay, a method unique to this brewery, and pressed entirely by fune (tank pressing) to produce a mellow texture. The undiluted bottling delivers a fuller, more concentrated expression of the brewery's characteristic rice umami.
