Junmai Daiginjo genshu à 50% de polissage, fermenté avec la levure propriétaire Yukitsubaki de la brasserie, recueillie sur les fleurs de camélia du parc de la montagne Kamo, et mis en bouteille comme shiboritate (fraîchement pressé) namazake en hiver. Les arômes ginjo de pomme et de banane, le palais riche et la longue finale font de cette édition saisonnière limitée une sortie disponible uniquement à partir de novembre.
