Tyoutokusenhakutaka est le junmai ginjo de plus haut grade dans la gamme principale de Hakutaka, la désignation choutokusen signifiant la sélection suprême de la brasserie. Hakutaka, fondée en 1862 à Nishinomiya, est le seul fournisseur officiel de Goryoshu à Ise Jingu depuis 1924, utilisant des levains kimoto-zukuri et du Yamadanishiki de Yokawa pour ses gammes premium. Ce junmai ginjo réunit toute la profondeur de cette tradition avec le profil aromatique élégant caractéristique de la fermentation ginjo.
