Description
Brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 55 percent, this junmai ginjo opens with tropical notes of melon and banana. The palate turns crisp and dry, with a silky texture reminiscent of vodka and hints of nutmeg, allspice, and hay lingering into the finish. Produced in Yamaguchi, it carries a pronounced dryness with an ABV near 15 percent.
