Tamajiman Junmai Namagenshu Arabashiri est le premier flux non dilué et non pasteurisé d'Ishikawa Shuzo, capturant l'écoulement initial le plus vigoureux de la presse avant décantation. Le sake arabashiri (course sauvage) est vif, légèrement brut et intensément aromatisé, reflétant le caractère énergique du premier pressurage. En tant que namagenshu, il est mis en bouteille immédiatement à pleine force sans pasteurisation, préservant sa fraîcheur audacieuse et vibrante.
