Le riz Ginfubuki poli à 50 % constitue la base de ce daiginjo issu de la brasserie historique de Fushimi fondée en 1677, dont les caractères de l'étiquette ont été calligraphiés par le célèbre peintre de l'ère Meiji Tomioka Tessai. L'eau de source Shiragiku de Fushimi, appréciée pour sa faible teneur en fer et ses minéraux doux et équilibrés, soutient un bouquet fruité et un profil de saveurs lisse et raffiné.
