Description
This junmai carries dried mushroom on the nose, followed by a viscous, creamy texture with bright grapefruit notes on the palate and a crisp finish. It is brewed primarily with Tamazakae rice, a rice variety native to Shiga, using unfiltered mineral water drawn from the nearby Ibuki mountains. Produced in Shiga Prefecture by a brewery whose roots trace back to the 1540s.

Tomita Shuzo
Shiga
