La combinaison de la clarté muroka, de la concentration genshu et de la fraîcheur nama donne un sake intensément aromatique et complexe. Le Yamadanishiki à ce niveau de polissage offre des arômes fruités et floraux éclatants qui transparaissent à travers la mise en bouteille crue et sans coupe.
