Okura Iroha Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Goju Murokaseinamagenshu est un junmai ginjo de KK Ookurahonke à Nara brassé avec du riz Gohyakumangoku à 50 % de polissage, mis en bouteille sans filtration au charbon, sans dilution ni pasteurisation. Ce namazake non filtré et non dilué conserve son léger trouble naturel et son caractère cru vibrant. La combinaison des éléments muroka, genshu et nama crée un sake structuré et corsé aux arômes frais et vifs.
