Morohaku Uokichi est un honjozo de Nishida Shuzo à Nara, une brasserie dont la marque phare Morohaku fait référence à la tradition brassicole ancienne de Nara, dans laquelle les artisans des temples utilisaient du riz blanc entièrement poli pour les préparations de koji et de kake. La classification Honjozo permet une petite part d'alcool de brasseur pour une finale plus légère et plus nette.
