Ce daiginjo de la marque Kiri Tsukuba porte le nom de Tomara Ogawa, découvreur de la levure Ogawa. Vieilli pendant trois ans à température glaciale (-5°C), il conserve l'élégant parfum ginjo tout en développant des saveurs douces et rondes par l'affinage, exprimant les caractéristiques de la levure Ogawa. Le Kiritsukuba a été adopté comme sake représentatif d'Ibaraki lors de diverses réceptions, dont le Sommet du G7 à Ise-Shima et le G7 Ibaraki Tsukuba.
