Un junmai d'une brasserie de Niigata fondée en 1866, reconnu pour un umami riche et généreux et une acidité rafraîchissante inhabituels dans le style régional typiquement sec. L'eau de brassage est une eau souterraine naturellement filtrée par les dunes de sable côtières de Joetsu. Le sake présente une texture ample en bouche et une acidité tonifiante.
