Un daiginjo (tobinshiyo) d'une brasserie de Niigata fondée en 1866, tiré en petites quantités d'une seule cuve réservée aux concours et aux embouteillages premium. Le style maison privilégie une douceur riche et ronde, équilibrée par une finale nette. L'eau de brassage est une eau souterraine naturellement filtrée par les dunes de sable côtières de Joetsu, à Niigata.
