Horaitsuru Junmai Daiginjo Namagenshu est un junmai daiginjo non filtre, non dilue et non pasteurise de Harahonten a Hiroshima, qui conserve toute la vivacite du sake fraichement brasse. Avec du riz Omachi et l'eau douce caracteristique d'Hiroshima, il offre un caractere riche et fruite avec une texture vive et une concentration de saveurs plus profonde que les cuvees daiginjo standard de la brasserie. Le brassage annuel dans la cave souterraine garantit une qualite et une fraicheur constantes.
