Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namagenshu est un junmai ginjo non filtre, non dilue et non pasteurise de Harahonten a Hiroshima, qui conserve toute l'energie brute et la concentration du sake fraichement presse. Brasse avec l'eau douce d'Hiroshima et du riz d'origine locale, il presente une texture en bouche vive avec des notes fruitees vibrantes et une acidite douce caracteristiques de la levure ginjo d'Hiroshima de la brasserie. Le traitement muroka (non filtre) preserve sa couleur naturelle et son caractere plein et non apprivoise.
