Hagino Tsuru Junmai Daiginjo Shikenjouzoushu est un daiginjo de cuvée expérimentale produit chez Hagino Shuzou comme expression de brassage en laboratoire, élaboré en quantités très limitées en dehors de la gamme de production standard. Fondée en 1840 à Kurihara City, Miyagi, la brasserie utilise l'eau de source naturelle Ryodosawa et du riz à sake premium poli selon les spécifications daiginjo pour créer un sake destiné à repousser les limites de son propre style.
