Un daiginjo nommé Kaori ('fragrance'), brassé avec du Yamada Nishiki poli à 35% et la levure KA-1 de Yamagata. Puisant dans les sources souterraines du mont Chokai, il est considéré comme le daiginjo commercial phare de la brasserie, avec un arôme fruité et gracieux et un palais léger et sec d'une grande clarté.
