Shiboritatenama est un sake de nouvelle saison fraîchement pressé et non pasteurisé de Chiyonohikari Shuzo à Myoko City, Niigata, élaboré avec du Gohyakumangoku poli à 60 %. Commercialisé directement après pressurage en hiver, ce shiboritate capture l'énergie exubérante et vive du sake nouveau, une célébration saisonnière de l'une des brasseries historiques de la région enneigée de Niigata.
