Ce junmai kame-chozo de la Kitanishi Sake Brewery à Ageo, Saitama, est affiné en jarres en terre cuite traditionnelles à 60 % de polissage, permettant une lente oxydation qui construit progressivement de la profondeur. Les eaux souterraines de Chichibu de la marque Bunraku et une maturation soignée produisent un junmai arrondi et adouci d'une complexité supplémentaire.
