Ce daiginjo brassé selon la tradition Bichuryu, le style technique des toji de Bitchu visant un arôme retenu, un umami riche, de faibles acides aminés et une finale légère et nette sans défauts, est poli à 50% avec un taux d'alcool de 14%. L'expression phare de cette brasserie d'Okayama a remporté le plus haut prix d'or au Wine Glass de Oishii Nihonshu Award trois années consécutives, de 2015 à 2017.
