Le Tokubetsu Junmai d'Azakura Shuzo est la porte d'entrée de la gamme pur riz de la brasserie, élaboré dans la préfecture d'Akita avec du riz cultivé localement et l'eau de source régionale qui soutient le brassage du sake dans le district de Hiraka depuis la fondation de la brasserie en 1876. Il offre une expression propre et honnête de la tradition Junmai d'Akita, sans l'intensité des expressions muroka genshu.
