Arroz Gohyakumangoku al 100 % pulido al 60 % y fermentado en frío con agua de manantial local de la cadena del Kongododoji componen la base de este sake de la Yoshiokashuzojo en Tango, Kioto. Con un sake meter value de +6 y una acidez de 1,6, es un tokubetsu junmai notablemente seco en la tradición del agua de montaña de esta pequeña cervecería que solo utiliza prensa de madera.
