Description

Yoshinoyama Josen es el sake estándar muy apreciado localmente de la Yoshiokashuzojo en Tango, norte de Kioto, elaborado con agua subterránea de la cadena del Kongododoji al 70 % de pulido. El agua tiene un carácter mineral ligeramente firme que produce un sake seco a muy seco a pesar de una textura suave y agradable en boca.
