Description

El arroz crudo se pule al 40 % para aprovechar el almidón de alta calidad presente en el Shinpaku, el núcleo del grano. Este sake ofrece un sabor a arroz rico, suave y delicado obtenido mediante el trabajo de envejecimiento en una hermosa textura en boca. Se recomienda este sake frío o ligeramente calentado. Ambas temperaturas son adecuadas, pero frío, alrededor de 8 grados es ideal. Caliente, se recomienda alrededor de 43 grados.
