Muroka namagenshu (sin filtrar con carbón vegetal, sin diluir, sin pasteurizar) elaborado con arroz Gohyakumangoku a 55% de pulido en Yumegokoro Shuzo en Kitakata, Fukushima. Este formato completamente crudo y sin filtrar preserva el carácter natural y vivo de la fermentación con levadura Utsukushima Dream, junto al suave umami del arroz de la cuenca de Aizu.
