Hakutaka Daiginjo es la expresión premium insignia de Hakutaka en Nishinomiya, Nada, Hyogo, donde la cervecería elabora con arroz Yamadanishiki de Yokawa y agua Miyamizu desde su fundación en 1862. Hakutaka es el único proveedor designado de Goryoshu a Ise Jingu en Japón, honor mantenido ininterrumpidamente desde 1924, reflejo de una consistencia de calidad excepcional. La categoría daiginjo exige arroz pulido al menos al 50 %, y esta expresión muestra la elegante precisión aromática que permite el terroir de Nada.
