Kinmatuhakutaka de Hakutaka en Nada, Hyogo, es una expresión tokubetsu junmai distinguida por la calidad premium de su arroz o su refinado grado de pulido dentro de la categoría elaborada con arroz puro. La cervecería, fundada en 1862 y único proveedor oficial de Goryoshu a Ise Jingu desde 1924, utiliza arroz Yamadanishiki y agua Miyamizu en toda su gama. La etiqueta kinmatsu posiciona este sake como una oferta premium dentro de la gama tokubetsu junmai de Hakutaka.
