Tyoutokusenhakutaka es el junmai ginjo de mayor grado dentro de la gama principal de Hakutaka, donde la designación choutokusen denota la selección suprema de la cervecería. Hakutaka, fundada en 1862 en Nishinomiya, es el único proveedor oficial de Goryoshu a Ise Jingu desde 1924, empleando arranques de levadura kimoto-zukuri y Yamadanishiki de Yokawa para sus gamas premium. Este junmai ginjo reúne toda la profundidad de esa tradición con el elegante perfil aromático característico de la fermentación ginjo.
