Kuromatuhakutaka de Hakutaka en Nada, Hyogo, es un sake de grado honjozo de una cervecería establecida en la región de Nishinomiya en Nada desde su fundación en 1862. La cervecería emplea arroz Yamadanishiki del afamado distrito productor de Yokawa y agua de manantial Miyamizu, que ha definido el perfil aromático del sake de Nada durante siglos. La categoría honjozo añade una pequeña cantidad de alcohol destilado para afinar el aroma y producir el final limpio y ligeramente vivo que se espera de las cervecerías de Nada.
