Hakukoma Nama Junmaigenshu es un sake de puro arroz sin diluir y sin pasteurizar de Hakukoma Shuzo en Imanosho, Fukui, que captura la vitalidad bruta del deposito de fermentacion en el momento del embotellado. No se anade alcohol destilado y no se aplica dilucion ni pasteurizacion, presentando el sake en su forma mas directa y natural. Los frios inviernos de Fukui y el agua pura del deshielo de las montanas de Hokuriku moldean el caracter firme y lleno que define esta expresion genshu.
