Hakukoma Nama Honjozogenshu es un Honjozo sin pasteurizar y sin diluir de Hakukoma Shuzo en Imanosho, Fukui, embotellado con toda la potencia del sake recien elaborado intacta. Una pequena adicion de alcohol de destileria afina el aroma y aviva el final, mientras que el formato genshu amplifica la intensidad habitualmente suavizada por la dilucion. Producido en el frio clima montanoso de Minamiechizen, la vibrante frescura del sake refleja la ubicacion de la cerveceria en una de las regiones mas nevadas de Japon.
