Takakiya Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki präsentiert Japans gefeierste Sake-Reissorte, Yamadanishiki, verarbeitet nach Daiginjo-Standards durch den vollständig handwerklichen Betrieb von Hamashima Shuzo in Bungo-Ono, Oita. Die Brauerei, die 1997 unter direkter Brauerleitung den Betrieb wieder aufnahm, baut mehrere Reissorten auf eigenem 13-Hektar-Farmland an und bringt so sorgfältige landwirtschaftliche Kontrolle in diese Prestige-Abfüllung. Hohe Politur und langsame Gärung fördern die sauberen Melonen-und-Blumen-Aromen, für die Yamadanishiki-basierte Daiginjos bekannt sind.
