Auf 60 % poliert und unverdünnt freigegeben, entwickelt der Ausdruck dieser 1873 gegründeten Nara-Brauerei den charakteristischen erdigen Reichtum und das feste Rückgrat des kimoto-Stils, geprägt durch das Katsuragi-Bergquellwasser.
