Tokubetsu honjozo genshu (unverdünnt), auf 60 % gemahlen aus Hida-Minori-Reis, zu extremer Trockenheit bei einem Sake-Meter-Wert von +15 und 20 % ABV vergoren. Das super-trockene Profil trägt saubere, frische Säure neben dem konzentrierten Umami des unverdünnten sake, am besten kalt oder auf Eis serviert.
