Tokubetsu honjozo genshu (unverdünnt), abgefüllt in einem unverwechselbaren sechsseitigen tokkuri-Keramikgefäß von Hirase Shuzo in Takayama, Gifu. Aus auf 60 % gemahlenem Hida Homare gebraut, verstärkt der unverdünnte Stil den Alkoholcharakter, während das ultraweiche Brauwasser die Textur glatt hält.
