Junmai ginjo aus auf 50 % gemahlenem Hida Homare, gebraut mit Blumenhefe (Abelia) unter dem Maruichiya-Label, dem eigenen Handelsnamen der Brauerei. Die Abelia-Hefe verleiht ein ausgeprägt süßes, blumiges Aroma, wobei ein Sake-Meter-Wert von +4 einen sauberen, trockenen Abgang und eine beachtliche Säure von 1,5 bietet.
