Daiginjo namazake, auf 40 % gemahlen aus Yamada Nishiki, gebraut mit ultraweichem Grundwasser der Nordalpen bei nur 15° Härte. Die Niedertemperaturgärung erzeugt ein fruchtiges, zartes ginjo-Aroma mit einem geschmeidigen, leicht trockenen Mundgefühl bei einem Sake-Meter-Wert von +4.
